Advanced Power Raises GBP66,268 Through Share Issue

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Advanced Power Components PLC (APC.LN), a UK specialist distributor and manufacturers' representative of electronic components, said Thursday IT has issued 437,420 new ordinary shares of 2p each to Mr and Mrs S Fish at a subscription price of 15.15p per Share, raising proceeds GBP66,268 which will be used for general working capital purposes.
