AB Dynamics chair takes leave for ill health

(Sharecast News) - Testing systems and measurement products company AB Dynamics announced on Tuesday that its non-executive chairman Tony Best would be taking a leave of absence due to ill health.
The AIM-traded firm said Best's leave of absence would be effective immediately.
"The board and all his colleagues wish Tony a swift and full recovery," the directors said in their statement.
"In Tony's absence, his chairman's duties will be covered by Dick Elsy, non-executive director of the company, and a further update will be made in due course."
At 1123 GMT, shares in AB Dynamics were down 5% at 1,900p.
