(Sharecast News) - Great Portland Estates (GPE) reported robust leasing activity for the quarter ended 30 June on Thursday, having signed 12 new leases and renewals generating an annual rent of £4.3m, with market lettings on average 7.7% ahead of its March estimated rental value (ERV).
