Partial Buyback of EUR 50,000,000 Collared Floating Rate Notes due 24 March 2027

Municipality Finance Plc has bought partially back EUR 8,000,000 of EUR 50,000,000 Collared Floating Rate Notes due 24 March 2027 (ISIN: XS1579297638) (the "Notes") issued under the €25,000,000,000 Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments guaranteed by The Municipal Guarantee Board (Kuntien takauskeskus). The value date for the buyback is on 15 April 2026 (the "Value Date"). The Notes are listed on the London Stock Exchange. The repurchased Notes will be cancelled on the Value Date. Following the partial buyback, the outstanding notional amount of the Notes is EUR 42,000,000.
