Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 13 November 2025 it purchased 88,000 of its own ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Peel Hunt LLP at an average price of 384.00 pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
