The directors of the Company wish to advise you of a change that will be made by the index provider to the name of the benchmark index of the iShares $ High Yield Corp Bond ESG Paris-Aligned Climate UCITS ETF (the "Benchmark Index"). The change is due to take effect on or around 1st December 2025 (the "Effective Date").
