Bromford Flagship & LiveWest Business Combination

Bromford Flagship Limited and LiveWest Homes Limited in talks to form a combined business focused on sustainable growth and investing in homes, services and communities

Bromford Flagship Limited (Bromford Flagship) and LiveWest Homes Limited (LiveWest) have agreed to enter into formal discussions with a view to creating a combined business.

If the outcome results in coming together, it is proposed that the current Bromford Flagship Limited parent company would head the group structure, with LiveWest joining the group as a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company which will be renamed Bromford Flagship LiveWest Limited. LiveWest would be a key operating subsidiary alongside Flagship Housing Limited, Bromford Housing Association Limited and Merlin Housing Society Limited (plus other existing entities).

Together the combined business would strengthen its financial standing and capacity, enabling the delivery of more new affordable homes, more investment in existing ones and providing the services that help even more customers thrive.

The combined business would be subject to registration by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Bromford Flagship Limited is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 29996R and as a registered provider with the Regulator of Social Housing, registered number L4449.

LiveWest Homes Limited is a charitable community benefit society, registered number: 7724 and as a registered provider with the Regulator of Social Housing, registered number L4873. 

Bromford Flagship and LiveWest will be jointly hosting a group investor call via Microsoft Teams in October. Further details, including the confirmed date and time, will be shared in due course.
