Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Rosebank announces the appointment of Fiona MacAulay as an independent non-executive director with effect from today. Fiona will be a member of the Company's Audit and Nomination Committees and Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee.

Fiona is an experienced board director within the industrial and infrastructure sector, having previously held senior roles across both large and small cap companies during her 40-year career in the oil and gas industry. Fiona started her career as a geologist with Mobil and Amerada Hess before joining British Gas in international geological operations. Latterly, Fiona was Chief Operating Officer of Rockhopper Exploration Plc and Chief Executive of Echo Energy Plc.

The following additional information is provided with respect to the appointment of Fiona Margaret MacAulay (married name Barkham, previously known as Fiona Margaret Oxley (widowed)), aged 62 years old, in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Fiona MacAulay was a director of IOG PLC from 10 July 2018 to 2 May 2023. The company subsequently entered administration 11 October 2023. The administration proceedings remain ongoing.

There are no further disclosures required under Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
