WPP's Commarco takes share of German PR firm

Advertising Group WPP has taken a majority interest in Hamburg based Nicole Weber Communications. No purchase price was disclosed for the acquisition, made through WPP's German based marketing network Commarco GmbH.WPP said PR firm focused on lifestyle industries, employed 30 people and had gross assets of about €1.1m.Its client list included Opel, ASOS and Olympus.Shares in WPP fell 0.28% to 1,425p on Tuesday at 09.48
