Venn Life Sciences appoints new CFO

Clinical research and development group Venn Life Sciences Holdings has confirmed Jonathan Hartshorn has begun his tenure as the group's new chief financial officer.The London-listed company had appointed Hartshorn, who left his role as head of finance for the onshore division of Mainstream Renewable Power, on 12 May."It is important that we maintain a strong focus on the business's financial management and I am confident that Jonathan will be a great asset to the business in this regard," group chief executive Tony Richardson said at the time of the appointment.Venn shares were down 2.05% to 21.55p at 10:33 on Monday.
