US Expands No-Fishing Zone In Gulf Of Mexico Over Oil Spill

DOW JONES NEWSWIRES The U.S. government has expanded its no-fishing zone in the Gulf of Mexico to 33.5% of federal waters after the oil slick caused by the undersea gusher to be "moving beyond the area's current northwestern boundary," the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said. The closed area now represents 81,181 square miles, which is approximately 33.5% of federal waters allowed for fishing.
