The chairman of Ultra Electronics and a connected person sold a total of £8.5m worth of shares in the defence and aerospace company.Douglas Caster sold 117,666 ordinary shares and Elizabeth Caster sold 333,522 shares for £18.78 each, bringing home £8.47m.Following both transactions, Caster holds 300,000 remaining shares, which represents 0.4% of the issued capital.The group saw its pre-tax profits decline in 2014 due to the early termination of a contract in Oman.
