Ubisense's CFO steps down to pursue other interests

Intelligence solutions group Ubisense has announced Robert Parker, its chief financial officer, has stepped down from his role.The group said Parker, who will be replaced by the group finance director on an interim basis, had decided to leave the group to pursue other interests."During his tenure Robert has supported the business by helping transition the business and position it for its next stage of development," the group said in a statement on Monday."During this time he played a pivotal role in helping the company exit some non-core activities and conclude a £10m equity raise and renewal of bank facility."
