Ubisense appoints former Rolls Royce production manager as non-exec

AIM-listed technology company Ubisense Group announced it has appointed former Rolls Royce Production Manager Ian Kershaw as a Non-Executive Director.Kershaw, 49, is currently Managing Director at engineering and environmental consulting company Ricardo Strategic Consulting. Prior to his role at Ricardo, Kershaw was Production Manager at Bentley Motor Cars and Product Performance Improvement Management Consulting at Arthur D Little. Chief Executive Officer Richard Green said: "I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Ian and thank Keith and Dick for their significant contributions over the past years. "As we accelerate our growth into high value manufacturing markets, Ian's strategic insights and experience will provide valuable support to the board and our global operational team."As of 14:07 the share price had dropped 1.1% to 215p.WS
