Ubisense appoints former Asset Control CEO

(ShareCast News) - Ubisense group, an AIM listed enterprise location intelligence solutions provider, has appointed former chief executive of Asset Control Richard Petti as CEO starting 14 December 2016. Executive chairman Peter Harverson will revert to non-executive chairman in the first half of 2017.Petti was most recently CEO of Asset Control, a worldwide supplier of financial data management systems serving some of the world's leading financial organisations. Prior to Asset Control he was chief operating officer at WEMA, a leading provider of diesel and AdBlue sensors within the global commercial vehicle market.The share price was flat at 41p at 1508 GMT on Thursday.
