Turbo Power Systems has reaffirmed its relationship with London Underground train maker Bombardier Transportation with further orders from the group worth $3.4m.The electronic systems provider has already supplied Bombardier over 700 auxiliary power electronics units for its train carriages, in support of their contract with the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC).The TTC serves over 430m passengers each year, operating streetcars, subways, and rapid transit lines in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The contract is expected to be completed during 2014 and 2015.Chief Executive Officer Carlos Neves said: "We are delighted that Bombardier Transportation has chosen to order further units.
