Chipmaker ARM Holdings on Tuesday is expected to report an increase in fourth quarter earnings and revenues, supported by sales in the smartphone market.Numis predicts earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) of £111m, compared to £92m the previous year. Revenue is forecast to increase to $346m from $303m, bolstered by a stronger US dollar, the switch to ARM chips in smartphones and progress in non-mobile applications."In some ways the fourth quarter results may be somewhat anti-climatic, since all of these dynamics will impact mostly on the year ahead rather than just gone and we do not expect a major difference from consensus estimates, but the tone of outlook is likely to be at its strongest in a while," Numis said.Ocado also reports its annual results with analysts from Jefferies expecting pre-tax profits of £4m and revenue of £945.8m for the full-year ended December. The online grocery delivery group posted a 14.8% rise in sales in December, compared with a rise of 14.9% in the previous quarter. The results come amid a supermarket price war which is affecting Ocado.Tuesday 3 FebruaryINTERIMSAlumasc Group, NWF GroupINTERIM DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATEJohnson Matthey, Workspace GroupINTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC ANNOUNCEMENTSAuto Sales (US) (15:00)Factory Orders (US) (15:00)Goods Orders (US) (15:00)Producer Price Index (EU) (10:00)Q4ARM Holdings, BPGMSGulfsands PetroleumFINALSARM Holdings, BP, Ocado Group, St. Modwen PropertiesEGMSKcell Joint Stock Co GDR (Reg S)AGMSDewhurst, Finsbury Growth & Income Trust, Invesco Perpetual Enhanced Income Limited, Numis Corporation, Redhall Group, UDG Healthcare Public Limited CompanyTRADING ANNOUNCEMENTSProxama , UDG Healthcare Public Limited CompanyUK ECONOMIC ANNOUNCEMENTSPMI Construction (09:30)FINAL DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATEJPMorgan Asian Inv Trust, JPMorgan Chinese Inv Trust
