(Sharecast News) - Africa-focussed phosphate producer Kropz said on Tuesday that, further to its announcement on 12 September regarding a delay to a proposed hearing date, an appeal hearing against Elandsfontein's "valid" integrated water use licence would start during the day on Tuesday.
The AIM-traded firm said that, in order to allow the tribunal the appropriate opportunity to fully review the matter, it would not be providing further comment on the official proceedings until the Water Tribunal announced its decision.

"The timing of the decision is currently unknown," the Kropz board said in its statement.

"Pending the Water Tribunal's decision, there is no legal impediment to the continuation of the water use activities authorised in the integrated water use licence."
