Educational resources supplier RM has finalised the contract to provide managed IT services to nine schools in Hull, which are part of the 'Building Schools for the Future' programme. This contract is worth £16.5m. There are two more phases of the project which cover a further 14 schools. Share buying by Corin directors failed to impress the market. This follows the release of the orthopaedic devices manufacturer's 2009 results on Tuesday. Finance director Michael Roller bought 40,000 shares at 58.5p each for his personal pension scheme. Non-executive director David Young sold the 15,000 shares he owned in the company at 57.6p each and then bought 40,000 shares at 58p each through his ISA. Revenues decreased by 2% to £40.6m in 2009, but Corin grew its sales outside of the US. Underlying pre-tax profit halved to £1.47m.
