Mobile email and data synchronisation provider Synchronica has received an order worth $162,000 from a Middle Eastern operator for a 100,000-user license to use its technology used to send text messages as emails. It is the ninth deal Synchronica has announced this year. Previous deals have come from Eastern Europe, Africa and Latin America.The Middle Eastern operator, which has 6m subscribers, will start installation of Synchonica's technology in October. 'This deal has been closed by one of our resellers and again demonstrates how our reseller network scales Synchronica's business on a global basis,' chief executive Carsten Brinkschulte said.'Our products are particularly attractive in fast growing markets like the Middle East as they work across the entire range of handsets, allowing operators to successfully introduce value added data services to the mass-market.'
