Sula Iron & Gold assess exploration targets ahead of Ferensola drilling programme

Sula Iron & Gold has sent 108 ore samples for testing, to assess the prospective yield at its gold prospect in Ferensola, Sierra Leone.Consultant SRK extracted the samples and will produce a maiden mineral resource estimate in the next three weeks, as well as a more detailed drilling programme."The visit to our Ferensola project is highly exciting," said chief executive officer Nick Warrell."We look forward to updating the market with further news regarding the forthcoming assay results and subsequently a clearly defined exploration drill target," he added.As of 0945 BST, Sula was trading 2.6% higher at 1.6p.
