Some Apache Production Still Shut-In; Chevron, Andarko Online

HOUSTON (Dow Jones)--Apache Corp. (APA) said Monday that some oil and gas production in the Gulf of Mexico was still shut-in due to tropical depression Bonnie. About 4,624 barrels of oil and 49 million cubic feet of gas per day were offline due to the storm, which faded into a minor tropical depression as it approached shore. The Houston-based company said the amount of production shut in increased from Sunday due to issues with a pipeline operator. Chevron Corp. (CVX) and Anadarko Petroleum Corp. (APA) said they have redeployed workers to their facilities in the Gulf and that production that was shut down due to the storm is now back online.
