Software Radio Technology Signs TETRA License Agreement

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Software Radio Technology PLC (SRT.LN) said Wednesday it has signed a TETRA license agreement with Switzerland based Swiss Space Sensors Technology AG. MAIN FACTS: -SRT has received an upfront payment of $225,000 and will receive royalties based upon sales achieved by SSST in the future. -Under the terms of the agreement there are no ongoing costs, warranties or obligations for SRT. -SSST is developing telecommunication technologies for the TETRA and WiMAX networks with cooperation from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne in Switzerland.
