Sinosoft, a China-based developer and provider of software and IT solutions, has signed a master strategic partnership agreement with human resources software firm, NorthgateArinso UK.The deal will see the pair collaborate on development of carbon management and monitoring products marketed to government and private customers in China. Toledo Mining's Berong deposit currently hosts a JORC resource of 10 million tonnes at 1.55% nickel), enough to supply a direct ore shipping operation for 15 years, the company said today.A drilling operation at the mine on Palawan Island in the Philippines could expand the JORC resource to 40Mt, sufficient to support a 20,000tpa nickel processing operation.Software Radio Technology (SRT) attracted listeners Tuesday on news it has signed a strategic distribution agreement with a well established marine electronics company in South Korea.It will market and sell SRT's range of OEM AIS products under its own brand in the South Korean and other Asian markets."South Korea has recently announced a forthcoming mandate which may require up to 90,000 vessels to be fitted with an AIS tracking device over the next few years," said CEO Simon Tucker. "This market therefore offers significant potential for SRT."Support services group Cape, which last week said it had received a very preliminary bid approach, said the party that made the approach is no longer interested in making an offer for the company.
