Brown land developer Inland has completed the sale of its site in Horsham, West Sussex for about £900,000, an existing property in Watford and a small brownfield plot in Mill Hill for a total sum of approximately £900,000. These disposals achieved free cash of £1m after repayment of the associated debt of £800,000 and a profit of £210,000.Software firm Imaginatik has signed a two year contract extension with American property and casualty insurance group Chubb Corporation.Imaginatik's software is used for idea management, new product development and cost reduction. Scientific instruments designer Judges Scientific had mixed news for shareholder on Friday.On the bright side, the company said profits for 2009 are likely to exceed market expectations.On the down side, the company’s order book was no fuller at the end of October 2009 than it was at the end of October 2008, while order intake in the second half of 2009 is well down on levels from a year ago, and the group is still waiting for the usual end of year surge in orders.Baltic Oil Terminals said volumes of oil products processed through its Rosbunker terminal in November were higher than October’s record volumes, and exceeded expectations. The company, which has port operations in the Kaliningrad region of Russia, said the outlook continues to be positive, with strong bookings for December.The company noted that with the Volga river now frozen over, Kaliningrad is the only Russian ice free port in the Baltic Sea for the remainder of the winter period.
