Online weight loss programme group Fitbug is raising £600,000 through a placing to fund growth projects.Renewable Energy Generation, which operates nine wind projects in Cambridgeshire, Cornwall, County Durham, Yorkshire, Cumbria and Gwynedd, said the renewable energy scene in 2009/10 has been 'reassuringly resilient' as it posted higher revenues.In the year to June 30, revenues rose to £6.2m from £5.6m the previous year as pre-tax losses grew to £2.4m from £1.9m. IT security firm NCC Group is on track to post "good" revenue growth and make enough money to meet estimates after trading in line with expectations since June.Revenue is up by a third in the first four months of the financial year, with Escrow UK enjoying an 8% rise in sales. Group renewals are now expected to be £15.2m for the year to 31 May 2011, up from £14.6m in 2010.Results for the six months to 30 November are due on 20 January.Asset management data firm Statpro has traded as expected during the third quarter and bosses are "confident of a successful outcome for the year as a whole". Public relations (PR) firm Freshwater UK is to seek permission from its shareholders to delist from AIM. The board of Freshwater considers that trading on AIM no longer provides the company with access to capital at a level required to deliver its original strategy of creating a substantial PR and marketing group. Residential property services provider LSL Property Services is to acquire the mortgage distribution company, Advance Mortgage Funding Limited, which trades as Pink Home Loans, and its subsidiary business BDS Mortgage Group from the Skipton Building Society Group, for £1.59m.
