Shipbroker ACM Shipping says that its full year figures will be "moderately ahead of current management expectations". Spot broking and revenues from sale and purchase of tankers are both particularly strong. The full year results will be published on 24 June. Edison Investment Research forecasts a decline in profit from £8.7m to £6.4m in the year to March 2010. Net cash is expected to fall from £4.94m to £4.5m. Edison forecasts an increase in total dividend from 8.5p a share to 9.35p a share, which suggests the same increase in the final dividend as there was in the interim. Victoria Oil reports Well La-106 in Cameroon produced excess of 300 feet of gross pay delineated in multiple gas-bearing sands. Tanzanite miner Tanzanite One has stepped up its production programme after solid sales over the past three months. Total production in the three months to March came in at 562,992carats (a 17% increase versus Q4 2009). Average grade of 55 carats per tonne was achieved. The group now has an increased production target of 2.2m carats set for 2010, a 29% increase.
