Sierra Leone-based company, Sierra Rutile, has given its backing to a measure by the country's government to contain the outbreak of the Ebola virus.The group said it was is currently assessing the extent to which the lockdown would affect operations and said it would update investors on the situation once it had the full details of the restrictions. The company is planning to implement contingency plans that will "mitigate, as best as possible, disruptions to its operations", it said.There has so far not been any cases of Ebola reported or suspected at Sierra Rutile's operations.
