Shanta Gold director sells shares

A director of Shanta Gold sold some shares in the gold company one day after it said 2014 production was ahead of expectations.Luke Leslie, who joined the firm in 2012 as a non-executive director, sold 3.26m shares for 10.63p each, pocketing a total of £346,538.Leslie now holds 400,881 shares and his family remain long-term investors in Shanta Gold.The company said on Tuesday that gold production totalled 84,028 ounces last year, ahead of the 80,000-83,000 guidance and 31% better than 2013.Shanta's shares have fallen around 7% over the past 12 months.Top Director BuysBank of America Corp.
