LONDON (Dow Jones)--Securities Trust of Scotland PLC (STS.LN) directors have announced Tuesday that the company will pay a first interim dividend for the year ending March 31, 2011 of 1.15 pence per share. MAIN FACTS: -This dividend will be paid on Sep. 3, to shareholders on the register on Aug. 13. -Shares at 1348 GMT down 0.5 pence, or 0.5%, at 94.0 pence.
