Global power systems giant Rolls-Royce was under the weather on Thursday, providing a drag in the aerospace and defence sector.The company announced this morning that it could face prosecution from the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) in relation to cases of bribery and corruption in Indonesia and China involving so-called "intermediaries".The firm said: "The consequence of these disclosures will be decided by the regulatory authorities. It is too early to predict the outcomes, but these could include the prosecution of individuals and of the company.
