"To do so effectively requires a broad portfolio of customer experience management technology. Having surveyed the market, I found that SDL is the only company that offers an integrated suite of technology to help businesses truly engage with their customer community in their local language, through the device of their choice, and in the manner in which they prefer. "I am very excited to join SDL and help drive an increasing leadership position in Customer Experience Management."The share price fell 1.84% to 377.80p by 08:40 on Tuesday. NR
