SABMiller Marketing Director trades in shares

Nick Fell, the Marketing Director of SABMiller, has sold 12,400 shares, it was announced Tuesday.The transaction, which took place last week, saw Fell trade in the shares at 2,886.82p per share, pocketing a total of £357,966 before tax. At the end of November the company reported that it had been able to buck a declining beer market, with its subsidiary, Miller Brands UK, posting a 5.0% increase in domestic volumes in the half year ended September 30th. Total Peroni volumes in the UK during the period grew by mid single digits and the brand had a particularly strong half in the on-premise draught channel where volumes increased at more than double that rate. The group also said the business's volumes of Kozel also more than doubled.
