Royal Bank of Scotland To Offer A$50M 5.55% Uridashi Bonds

TOKYO (Dow Jones)--Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC. (RBS) is offering three-year Uridashi bonds worth A$50 million with a coupon of 5.55%, documents filed at Japan's Ministry of Finance showed Thursday. Uridashi are bonds issued offshore in foreign currency and sold to Japanese retail investors.
