Royal Bank Of Scotland Cuts Stake In Technicolor To 2.58%

PARIS (Dow Jones)--Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS.LN) has reduced its overall stake in French communications technology group Technicolor (TCH.FR) to 2.58%, the French bourse regulator said Thursday. Autorite des Marches Financiers said in a routine regulatory release that the U.K. banking group dropped below the mandatory 5% reporting threshold via sales of the shares on the stock market, July 9.
