Rotala settles legal row with National Express

Bus operator Rotala has done a deal to settle a legal dispute with rival National Express.Rotala, which runs buses in the West Midlands and north-west England, had been in dispute with National Express about the loss of contracts to run services on behalf of the international bus and train operator.The AIM-listed group launched legal proceedings against National Express for breach of contract and wrote off £364,000.However, it said in a statement on Monday that the pair had reached a full, final and satisfactory settlement of Rotala's claim.PW
