Robert Parker installed as permanent finance chief at Rosenblatt

(Sharecast News) - Professional legal services company Rosenblatt Group said on Friday that Robert Parker would join its board as chief financial officer with immediate effect.The AIM-traded firm confirmed he had been serving as its interim finance director since August last year.It said Parker had more than 20 years of experience with international businesses, and had worked extensively with public funds, private equity and venture capital investors.His recent roles included interim chief financial officer at Tantalum and CLA, as well as permanent roles at Ubisense and Immedia Broadcasting."We are delighted that Robert has agreed to join the board," said Rosenblatt's chairman Stephen Davidson."He has impressed everyone at Rosenblatt and has made a valuable contribution since he joined on an interim basis."We look forward to working with him as we continue to build the business following our successful flotation last year."
