Renishaw's first quarter revenue rises on Far East growth

Renishaw reported a rise in first quarter revenue, supported by growth in the Far East. The UK engineering company achieved revenue of £101m, up from £79m the previous year, according to a trading statement that revealed no further details.At the time of the firm's final results in July, the group indicated that the financial year had started well with a growing range of products, processes and applications.
