Redcentric wins a trio of contracts

AIM-listed IT services provider Redcentric announced it has won a trio of long-term contracts which it expects to generate 3m pounds in revenues over the next six years.The first of the contracts, which is anticipated to last six years, was for a hosted and managed Microsoft Lync instant messaging platform for a global insurance brokerage. Redcentric, which last year acquired Yorkshire-based InTechnology, also signed a second three-year contract for an NHS trust partner for an enhanced IT infrastructure. The network will be used to support mobile clinical data applications and wireless voice. Meanwhile, a commercial property consultancy firm has signed the company up for a six year contract to manage an infrastructure-as-a-service solution for a business-critical application. Chief Executive Officer Tony Weaver said: "We are delighted to announce a series of significant new, multi-year contracts for the group. "These new contract wins are strong validation of our proposition to provide a wide variety of fully managed services and long term support services to our customers.
