PZ Cussons completes sale of Polish Home Care brands

Consumer products company PZ Cussons has completed the sale of its local Polish Home Care brands to Henkel for 46.6m pounds.Contracts for the sale were exchanged last year as part of Cussons' strategy to focus on its Personal Care business in Poland.The completion of the transaction comes after merger control clearances in the country.Shares fell 0.40% to 372.70p at 10:11 on Friday.RD
