President Energy raises 31.2m pounds in share placing

President Energy said it had raised 31.2m pounds in its placing and open offer.The AIM-listed company with interests in Paraguay said 1.4m shares had been conditionally subscribed for, representing around 11.9% of the total made available at 35p a share.President shares were up 0.75p to 33p at 11:27.FP
