Recruitment and business group Parity Group said it has secured a three-year contract with the Scottish government.The London-listed company said Parity Professionals, its recruitment, learning and development arm has been awarded a deal to become one of the three providers for the national supply of interim IT and interim professional staff services.In a statement released on Monday, Parity said the government had the option to extend the deal, which is expected to be worth approximately between £33m and £40m, by a further 12 months."We've invested in building our business in Scotland, and in developing our expertise in the market in both the public and private sectors," said Andrew Foskett, Parity Professionals managing director of recruitment services."This win will allow Parity Professionals to further invest in our Scottish business creating new jobs and supporting growth of the local economy for years to come," Foskett said.Parity shares were up 6.71% to 10.27p at 16:48 on Monday.
