(Sharecast News) - Paragon Entertainment chief executive John Dobson has chosen to leave the company after having provided the firm with a "platform for recovery".The AIM-listed attractions and fit-out business revealed that following Dobson's departure on 28 February, Mark Pyrah, the founder of Paragon, would regain control as chief executive.Paragon also stated it had begun a recruitment initiative to strengthen its senior management team.Mark Taylor, non-executive chairman, said: "John joined Paragon to introduce process and rigour to the business. I would like to thank John for his contribution and stewardship of Paragon in providing a platform for recovery.""With Mark Pyrah's enormous experience and the support of Paragon's management team and the board, I am confident that the company remains in good hands," added Taylor.As of 0845 BST, Paragon shares had grown 2.22% to 1.84p.
