New Strategy and Corporate Finance boss for RBS

Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has lured PricewaterhouseCoopers partner Richard Kibble over to the nationalised lender, to take on the role of Group Director of Strategy and Corporate Finance. Kibble, who has been a partner at accountancy giant PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) since 2008, will take up his new position in Match of this year, and will report to Group Chief Executive Stephen Hester and Group Finance Director Bruce Van Saun.RBS's new kid on the block has more than 20 years of strategy consulting experience and currently leads PwC's Corporate Strategy team focusing on Financial Services. "He brings strong experience in financial services strategy and we are pleased to have him join our team," Hester said.Shares in RBS were trading 0.03p higher in afternoon trading at 20.3p.jh
