Netcall signs five-year agreement with Cairn Housing Association

AIM-listed Netcall has signed a five-year agreement to manage Cairn Housing Association's entire end-to-end customer engagement through its Liberty Platform.Netcall will use its platform to engage customers via email, SMS messaging, web chat and social media. The platform is expected to be able to simplify the way customer interactions are managed by making responses faster.The partnership is anticipated to strengthen Cairn's strategic plan in becoming a leader in the service delivery sector.Chief Executive Officer Henrik Bang said: "Our Liberty platform enables our customers to implement an integrated multichannel customer engagement environment which can be managed seamlessly with cutting-edge software and linked to process management capabilities."As of 11:13 the share price had risen 1.67% to 60p.WS
