Morrison Supermarkets appoints Senior Independent Director

Morrison Supermarkets appoints on of its current non-Executive Directors, Philip Cox CBE, as its Senior Independent Director. Cox will continue to occupy his role as the company's Audit Committee Chair. The share price fell 0.43% to 280.10p by 13:45 Friday.NR
