Mincon promotes financial controller to CFO role

(Sharecast News) - Mincon Group on Friday appointed group financial controller Mark McNamara as chief financial officer, effective 31 December.The Irish engineering group, specialising in the design, manufacture, sale and servicing of rock drilling tools and associated products, said McNamara has served as group financial controller since 2013 and was largely responsible for the documentation and process around the company's initial public offering.Mincon's shares were unchanged at 108.50p at 1146 GMT.
