Market Tech receives planning permission for Kentish Town site

(ShareCast News) - Camden Market owner Market Tech has obtained panning permission for a site in Kentish Town, part of the Haawley Wharf development.The real estate developer's plans for a six-storey building will comprise of 24 residential units and employment space.The group's property director Mark Alper said: "Achieving planning permission for the last piece of the jigsaw on this site means that we are now able to deliver the Hawley Wharf masterplan in its entirety for Camden Town."With the redevelopment programme already underway, this is an important step in the continued progress of the site."Market Tech added the planning committee voted unanimously in favour of the plans.
