1432 GMT [Dow Jones] Rosneft (ROSN.RS) trades -5.8% at RUB205.69 in Moscow, as investors fear a possible stake sale by BP (BP) as well as reinstated export duties for oil that the state-controlled Russian giant extracts in East Siberia. The country's economy ministry Thursday said it has proposed that the duty be set a $69.90 a ton. "It is completely unclear at this point what export duty will actually be paid for Vankorskoye oil," Troika Dialog said, referring to Rosneft's huge field in the region. Some Rosneft investors also fear the short-term effects on the company's stock price if BP (BP) decides to sell down its stake in the company as part of its $10Bln asset sale announced in the wake of the Gulf oil spill.
