The Footsie is in danger of opening the week with a triple-digit decline after European finance chiefs meeting last week failed to come up with a convincing solution to the Eurozone's debt problems. City sources predict the FTSE 100 will open down 98 points from Friday's close of 5,368. Lord Leitch has informed the board of Lloyds Banking Group of his intention to retire from the board and as Chairman of Scottish Widows Group at the end of 2011 due to increasing time pressure from his other business commitments. Meanwhile, Group Finance Director Tim Tookey is also leaving the firm, but not until February of next year.Rolls-Royce, the global power systems company, has won a contract from leisure travel company TUI Travel to provide Trent 700 engines to power two Airbus A330 aircraft which will also be covered by Rolls-Royce's TotalCare long-term support services.Grocery delivery firm Ocado said the average number of orders per week in the 12 weeks to 7 August had risen to 110,945 from 92,834 in the equivalent period of last year. Year to date growth to the end of the third quarter has been 19.5%, and the company is targeting higher growths for the remaining weeks of the year.
